Add Comments and Highlight texts in PDF documents
PDF documents are very portable format for sharing textual and graphical data. And we have free and versatile Adobe Acrobat Reader for viewing the PDF files. You might have thought of having some extra-facilities like adding review comments in a PDF document created by a colleague, team member, friend OR highlighting some points in a PDF document for future reference or some presentations.
But unfortunately current version of Acrobat reader does not come with these facilities. But we have another PDF reader that provides these commenting and highlighting facilities with its free version. It is Foxit PDF Reader. This PDF reader consumes less memory compared to the Adobe Acrobat Reader.
So why don’t you try this software for improving your PDF document commenting and highlighting.

… another one to look at is A.nnotate, which lets you add comments to highlighted text of PDFs / Word docs in the browser without needing any plugins at all (no flash, no adobe reader, no foxit). An advantage of A.nnotate over plugin PDF viewers is that you can share comments on the same copy with other people and reply to each others notes.
Can I just tell you… That there will be plenty of people, just like me who have dredged the internet for a free pdf tool and got fed up of 30 day trials… Following a claim initially that they were free. thanks for this post.
