Two way sync for Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook calendar

Google has released a synchronizing software for Google calendar and Outlook calendar. This is in fact a great initiative from Google team to bridge the gap between two versatile calendars one at desktop and one in the no man’s world (internet).
