Google Search Improvements Timeline-Parameters to get top listed

Google search has evolved in multi-dimensions since its inception. There are many parameters that decide the priority of contents that appear in Google search results.

Now, its not just page rank, or just back links (of course they are among the group of parameters) governs the popularity and visibility of your articles, videos and images in the Google search results. We could understand from search result patterns that, Google is also emphasizing on the social popularity of theĀ  contents.

You can very well see that the articles shared or commented by you in Google plus, will appear on top in your related search results while you are logged in to your Google account.

Google also started indexing, iframe contents. In a way this will help your social comments get indexed by Google. So, even the comments made through the Facebook social plugin would also get counted.

In a nutshell we can see that the Google has very much evolved from mere text search to a social and semantic realms.
