Is HotMail is getting busier nowadays.

When I tried to login to my HotMail account, I got a Server Busy page
from Hotmail. It says that I have to try login again after some time, as HotMail
servers are experiencing higher than normal volume. See the image below.

What could be the reason?. Is it because, HotMail is keeping aside its Standard Users
when the load increases or they are preparing some new recipe for users.
Might be, they have some thing in their anvil after Windows Vista. Lets wait and see.

Anyway I am able to re-login to my account after some time.
